After years of restoration, the luxury St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel has become an icon and model of hospitality. Behind the fairytale façade that Sir George Gilbert Scott fashioned for the Midland Grand is a London 5-star hotel like no other – one that mingles Victorian splendor with contemporary style and service.
The hotel has elevated pet friendliness to new heights having launched the St Pancras Pooch Package – the ultimate chic city break for dogs and their owners.
All 245 rooms can have dogs stay over in them but those booking the St Pancras Pooch City Break package stay in a Chambers Grand Junior Suite of which there are 7.
There is a £50 supplement for your dog to stay in the room (covers use of bowl and bed).
If you want to experience the full St Pancras Pooch City Break experience the cost is £740.
This does include accommodation in a luxury suite – decked out with designer bed, blanket and bowl, a Woof-Box full of treats and goodies, plus a two-hour dog training masterclass. Skills include fundamental obedience commands, getting around on public transport as well as talents to show off back home such as skateboarding and taking a ‘pelfie’ (pet selfie) on an iPad!
The number of dogs who can stay and the size of dog is at the discretion of management and they are allowed in all public areas except the Spa, Booking Office bar and restaurant. Chambers Club access is at the discretion of management.
Dogs can eat in the Hansom Lounge or in The Platform Café at the hotel (or the Concierge can make recommendations for dog friendly local hot spots).
Walks can be taken nearby along the King’s Cross Canal, Camley Street Natural Park or Regents Park.
